DeVauls is a division of ProdoVision, LLC. Charges will appear on your statement as ProdoVision, LLC. Due to the natural materials and handmade nature of our watches some color variation is a possibility. Due to the natural materials and handmade nature of our watches some wood grain and color variation is normal. This ensures that your watch is 100% unique to you while maintaining the desired quality and style that you selected.

Payment

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Privacy

The privacy of our customers is of utmost importance. DeVauls does not share or sell your information with any third party other than the merchant services necessary to complete your transaction. All subscribing customers retain the option to change or opt out from future notifications.

Shipping

Our products ship all over the world. Free standard shipping is offered for shipping within the United States including United States territories. Shipping charges will apply for expedited shipping options as well as international shipping. Orders will ship 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order is shipped. In the event of any packages returned to DeVauls that were not received by the customer for any reason including but not limited to unclaimed, returned to sender, refusal of package, or unpaid duties/taxes, DeVauls can either reship the package with additional charges for shipping OR provide a refund for the shipment minus any costs or fees occurred to the company.

Taxes/Duties

Pennsylvania taxes are paid for on the behalf of Pennsylvania residents. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes required by residence. All international taxes and duties are not paid by DeVauls and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled by the customer prior to the order being shipped in order to receive a full refund. Please contact customer service at [email protected] to request an order cancellation. If order has already been shipped, then standard return/exchange policy will apply. DeVauls is committed to delivering our products in a timely manner, however an order may need to be cancelled prior to shipment due to any unforeseen circumstances. In this highly unlikely event, you will receive immediate notification of the cancellation of the order and a refund. We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity on any level.

One Year Warranty and Repairs

DeVauls provides top quality wood watches. But if you are worried about any product issues, don’t sweat it. We’ve got you covered! In the unlikely event that you received a watch with a manufacturer defect, the repair is on us up to one-year from the date of purchase. All shipping charges within the U.S. is covered under the one-year warranty. Shipping costs up to $25 are reimbursed under the one-year warranty for shipping outside of the U.S.

If your product is received damaged, please notify us within 15 days from the original date of shipment and follow our return/exchange policy below. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, deterioration, natural wood grain/color variation, scratches, loss or theft, battery life, neglect of care, abuse or misuse, damage done by customer or a third party (dents, breakage, cracks, broken, damage from third party repair, etc.), or any issue that was caused outside of the manufacturing process. However, DeVauls may be able to assist with repairs outside of our warranty for a fee plus shipping paid by the customer. Please contact us and we will address your issue promptly.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges for new, unused products are accepted within 15 days from the date of shipment (found on the product invoice emailed prior to shipment). Returns and exchanges will not be honored for the following:

1) product returned in worn/used condition

2) missing items from returned shipment

3) requests received after 15 days of the original order shipment date

4) shipping charges

5) items marked final sale.

Shipping of returned product will not be charged in the event of a manufacturer defect or issue. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for any returns or exchanges requested for any other reason other than manufacturer defect or issue. For refund and exchange requests, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected] with your name, email provided for order, order number, and product defect (if there is one). We will respond quickly with the next steps to take.

Allergies

DeVauls supplies quality 100% natural wood watches. However, everyone may react differently to natural wood products. Our watches are made of natural wood with stainless steel clasps. Please discontinue wearing your watch immediately and consult your doctor if you suspect any potential irritation or allergic reaction. DeVauls is not responsible for any physical reaction, injury, or medical expenses that are incurred as a result of a reaction to the product.
